«AnekaBaca» is our e-learning textbook for learners with intermediate proficiency in Indonesian.
The eLearning course, developed by Prof. U. Sembiring from the University of Hawai’i, will familiarise students with the language of the media as employed in the contemporary Indonesian press and promoting the development of strong reading, writing, and also listening skills at both colloquial and formal levels.
The material for «AnekaBaca» is mainly taken from article from the Indonesian press. Other texts comprise advertisements, classified ads, literary texts, but also frequently oral “texts” (dialogues and radio recordings).
The objectives of this eLearning course are to progress linguistically, as well as to develop an awareness of the contemporary social context. The e-course will enable participating students to advance their proficiency in bahasa Indonesia towards a truly advanced level.
We highly recommend to use «AnekaBaca» in conjunction with BacaYuk!
