If you cannot log in to indonesian-online.com, or you can log in, but you cannot access your course, do the following first:
1. Empty you browser’s cache
2. Restart your computer
In most cases, you only have to clear the cache of your browser. There are multiple websites with advice on what to do. But in most cases, you can solve the problem by simply clearing your browser’s cache. If that does not solve the problem, shut down your computer and restart it:
Here are instructions for clearing the cache for the most popular browsers.
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Safari.
Still no Luck?
Go to Login in the Members menu. Then click on Forgot password.
Enter your username or password, and then check your email. Click on the reset link. Choose a password that is at least 12 characters long, has uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character.
Login with your new password… and most likely your problem will be solved.
Of course it is possible that there are other reasons why you cannot log in. For instance, your subscription has expired… In that case you have to contact us, but do this final step first: Check using kproxy whether you can log or not.
Use Kproxy
Try to login through kproxy. If you can log in through kproxy, then the fault is most likely at your end. Try another browser, try another device, or contact your internet company.
And, now?
